Improving patient and attendant comfort, seating capacity and privacy across the medical, surgical and insurance wards through provision of durable steel seating furniture and a dedicated patient privacy partition. The intervention will improve waiting and seating arrangements for patients and attendants across multiple wards while providing greater privacy in the Insurance Ward.
